We're Stuck Together Now

Today, Mommy and I went to the Regional Justice Center in Kent to have my adoption finalized (again) - this time in the U.S.
Here we are! A very official and happy family - and the judge that stamped the paper. It was all done in about 5 minutes.

Merry Christmas

I celebrated my first Christmas at home with everyone this year. It was great! And I made quite a haul!
My very own computer.
Now, how do I get those Skype people to show up?

This ball thing is lots of fun, even when the balls pop out and hit me in the face.

Hamming it up for Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle Joe.

Blowing a kiss to Grandma.

Pucker Up!

Want a kiss?

How about now?

He'll hate me later but....

... these are too funny not to share.
As I was getting ready for work, Keagan came toddling around the corner sporting a new nose ring.
That cheerio was really stuck on there. He walked around for a good 5 minutes like this before I finally found my camera and got a picture where my hands weren't shaking because I was giggling.
He's a little messy with his drinking skills too.

More Walking

Here's a better video of him walking. And he's SO proud of himself at the end.

Check Me Out!

It's kind of dark, but I finally got a quick video of Keagan walking.

Let's Celebrate Again!

Tonight I celebrated my birthday with my Uncle Mike, Cousin Ella, Great Uncle Jim & Great Aunt Penny. We had cupcakes and candles!

I tried to help blow out the candle - but Mommy had to do it... she has more hot air.

This cupcake sure is tasty. Thanks Grandma!

Mmmm. Frosting.

Ella's cupcake sure looks good.

Then it was time for presents. But first I had to dig through all this paper.

Here's my new picture face. (it's a little blurry, but I had to put this in)

Me and cousin Ella.

I got lots of nice clothes to wear. But I really thought the paper was more fun.

Grandma & Grandpa Come To Visit

I had fun hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa all week.
Playing with Grandpa

Look how good I am at standing

Sitting with Grandma

I kept making this strange face when I was getting my picture taken, so Grandma made a silly face too so I wouldn't look quite as goofy. Thanks Grandma.

Peek-a-boo!

Thanks for coming to visit Grandma and Grandpa. I had lots of fun. See you again for Christmas!

Guess Who's 1 Today!

Keagan turns 1 year old today... but we celebrated his birthday party last night with Grandma and Grandpa.

Look at all my presents!

I'm not sure why they're all covered in this annoying paper. Why can't I just have the toys?
Great-Grandma Marquart gave me this neat see-and-say toy. I love the animal noises.
Great-Aunt Jo gave me a book bag full of books. I love books!
More bath toys! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

Mommy got me this push toy. I wish I could walk so I could use it.
Check out my 1 man band set. It's musical AND tasty.
Playing with my toys.
Red cake for my 1st Birthday. Love it!
I'm not too sure about the frosting.

Happy Birthday to me. I'm not sure I like that singing thing though.

Grandpa's trying to teach me how to play the drums.

Not happy

No picture today. Just a quick post to let people know that Keagan has the flu. So we're stuck at home with Tamiflu and Tylenol for the next few days. I'm really hoping his fever goes down quick. It was scary high at about 104.5. Way too high for my liking. Now it's looking like his first Halloween may be spent looking adorable in his costume as we sit at home.

Walking is hard.....

... but the door frame is harder.
I took a tumble while trying to walk this morning. I got a huge bump on my head for my efforts.
Mommy thinks it looked a lot worse in person.

I Love Ribbit!

Keagan goes everywhere with his frog "Ribbit".
Tonight, I went in to check on him as he was sleeping - and this is what I saw.
(and he didn't wake up when I turned on the light to take the picture)

A Trip to Remlinger Farms

Today, Mommy and I went to Remlinger Farms to look at pumpkins and pet some animals.

These sure aren't very comfortable
This is a little better I guess. Plus I'm closer to these rocks that look mighty tasty.

Come on Mom. Pick me up!

I guess I'll have to start crying.
Mommy thought I'd like to sit on a fire truck. I didn't agree.

I guess it's better now that I have my pacifier.

Hey, check this thing out. I've only seen chickens in books. This one got a little too close to my fingers.
For some reason, Mommy didn't want me to suck on these cool green posts. I got mad at her and yelled.
Is she looking?
Hey there sheep. Why won't you come any closer?

After an hour of driving and a $15 dollar admission fee, this is how I spent most of the afternoon. Otherwise I decided to yell at mom. And my friend Caleb didn't come so it wasn't as much fun. Maybe next time.
