Making Music With Elmo

Mommy took me to Sesame Street Live: Elmo Makes Music Today.
First I went to the PlayZone and saw Elmo. He talked to me when I pushed the red button.
 Here's Bert & Ernie.
They had a talking button too.
Some of the characters came into the PlayZone to sing and dance before the big show.
We're not sure who this guy is... so Mommy decided his name was Walter.
I'm not so sure I want to get close to those big guys. I'll just stand very close to Mommy and watch for now.
 There's Ernie.
And Cookie Monster. I kept saying hi -but didn't want to get close enough for him to touch my hand.

Ernie taught us a new dance.
Here's the stage where the characters will perform. We got pretty good seats considering they were free.
That's the entrance to the PlayZone. Everybody's in their seat waiting for the show.
 Everyone's on stage. I can't stop smiling.
They're really good singers and dancers. I had a lot of fun, but I was pretty tired by the end of the show.  I fell asleep before we got out of Tacoma.

Dancing With Cookie Monster

I learned a new dance. Of course, I didn't do most of it when Mommy had the camera rolling, but you get the idea. (Mommy also held the camera wrong and can't figure out how to make it not sideways.)

Cat Nap

The cats were curled up on Keagan's bed when he went in for nap time. They refused to move, so he snuggled in next to Zoe and fell asleep. Dega must have been tired because he didn't even move.

More Biking

Yep, still works outside.

My New Bike

Mommy bought me this cool Hot Wheels bike.  I had to test it out inside to make sure she put it together right. So far so good. We'll test it outside later.

Weekend Videos

Easter

The Easter Bunny left me some cool stuff last night. I got a basket full of race cars.

I also got a Lightning McQueen bubble blower. Sadly, the bubble liquid isn't very good. So really I just got a Lightning McQueen fan.

Mmmmmm. This chocolate bunny looks tasty. Now if I could only figure out where Mommy put it.

Check out my new race track. It's kind of bumpy and the cars keep crashing.

The we went to Jim's house. He had a great baseball machine to play with. He tried to show me how to swing the bat.

I prefer to do it myself.

This is how I play at Grandpa's house. What do you mean this isn't a golf club and golf ball?!

I blame the sun in my eyes.

Maybe I can give this another try.

Finally! I hit it!

The Bunny Express

Today, Mommy told me she had a surprise for me. She took me on a long car ride - and surprised me with a ride on the Bunny Express!
This engine looks pretty old. Luckily it's not pulling our coaches.

This is the train we rode on. Looks pretty fun.

This seat looks pretty good.

I wish this thing would start moving.

And I wish there weren't so many flies in this car. I wanted to get off, but Mommy convinced me to stick it out.

Oh boy! We're moving.

Look! Trees!

Finally got to the park for the Easter egg hunt. Hey, this doesn't look like the Easter Bunny.

I'm not too sure about this "Spring Bee".

Finally found the Easter Bunny.

Easter egg hunt! We each got to find 6. I did not find the egg with the golden prize ticket. I just got 6 pieces of chocolate instead.

Time to head home. The conductor even stopped by to take a picture with me.

Mommy and I took a silly picture.

The man in the seat next to us decided we were too silly and needed a better picture. Cheese.

The train was pretty full.

Mommy was hanging out the window to take a picture of the engine as we went around a bend. She made me keep my head inside the window.

Mommy got some nice scenery pictures. Here's a river. Looks cold.

Look! Mt. Rainier!
